Daniel Buffington
Daniel L. Buffington, 66, of Punta Gorda passed away December 12, 2007. He was born September 12, 1941 in Brookline, MA to Lloyd and Carol (Lovering) Buffington. Daniel was the owner of D. Buffington Plastering Company in Abington, MA and moved to Punta Gorda from Abington, MA in 2004. He was a member of the Moose, VFW in Punta Gorda, American Legion and Eagles. Daniel enjoyed playing horseshoes.
He will be greatly missed by his daughters, Lauren (Mario) Marinelli of Brockton, MA, Stacy of Holbrook, MA and Shannon Bishop of Raynham, MA; sons, Steve (Janet) Buffington of Carver, MA and Kurt Buffington of Somerville, MA; sister, Lois of Marshfield; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Daniel was preceded in death by his daughter, Tammy Buffington.
