Carole and I were close friends in high school but I lost  touch with her and never saw her  again after the spring of 1960.  I was so dissappointed that she never attended any of our reunions.  During our high scool years on most  evenings I would walk up to the drugstore in Bicknell Square and call Carole.  We would talk for hours.  She was my high school sweetheart and regret that I never had the opportuniy to see her again.  I've never forgotten Carole and never will.richard connerty

Oh my..............Carole was so full of life..hard to believe she's gone. She and I loved WHS so much, instead of graduating in 1960, we stayed another year! Neither one of us liked school so much...so we tried to make it more fun! Mr. Lyons was a little upset when we multidrupled the recipe for Alum and had everyone in Chemistry up to thier butts in foam !!
