Frances M. (Lynch) Cameron, age 79, passed away in Raynham at home surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, March 26, 2022. Fran was born in Dorchester then moved to South Weymouth at a young age and resided there most of her life. She graduated from Weymouth High School in 1961. She worked at Metropolitan Life Insurance in Weymouth for a short time.

Fran married her beloved husband, Dick, in 1964. They started a family together in South Weymouth and loved raising their family there. Fran was a dedicated homemaker who always put her family first. The love that she felt for her own children was only surpassed by the love for her grandchildren.

Fran’s husband Richard “Dick” Cameron passed away in 2019. She is survived by her loving children Rick Cameron and his wife Lauren of Arizona, Christine Cameron and her husband Ryan Ratts of Rhode Island, and Susan Paturzo and her husband E.J. of Bellingham. She leaves behind her cherished grandchildren Gregory, Amanda, Celia, Lydia, Daniel, Evan, and Ella. She will always be remembered by her cousin and lifelong friend Marianne Peak, and former son-in-law Marc Lasky.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the Funeral Mass for Frances on Monday April 4, 2022 at 10am in the St. Francis Xavier Church located at 234 Pleasant St. Weymouth, MA 02190. Burial will follow in Holy Family Cemetery, Rockland. Funeral arrangements for Frances are in the care of C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home located in Weymouth. For online condolences please visit
